Job Description

  • Provide all administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
  • Provide comprehensive day to day assistance to the Director.
  • Maintain proper records for all incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Plan, manage and organize business and personal appointments, meetings and travel schedule ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • To coordinate with the clients and business partners, where applicable.
  • Undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Description

  • Provide secretarial and administrative, clerical works to the Director.
  • Schedule meetings between the Director and his direct report and the committees and groups to which he is a member.
  • Handle and relay accurate and timely massage from telephone callers and answer queries where possible.
  • Ensure busy diary commitments, paper and travel arrangement are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with other and ensure arrangements in place for the Director match his requirement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system.

Job Description

  • Responsible for payroll which include salary, allowances, incentives, bonuses, leaves, taxes and handling all government statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO and PCB.
  • In charge of recruitment process, liaise with recruitment agencies, reviewing resumes and application, set up interview with potential candidate.
  • Monitor the HR documentations including preparation of all HR correspondences.
